教育技术大事年表1988-2008

1989年	中央电化教育馆按照联合国教科文组织出版的《教育技术词典》编译的《英汉教育技术词典》，由人民教育出版社出版 Museum central audio-visual education inaccordance with UNESCO's "Education Technology Dictionary" compiler"English-Chinese Dictionary of Educational Technology", Published bythe People's Education Publishing House.
1989年	国家教委副主任邹时炎在全国电教处长及有关负责人培训研讨会上，首次提到中国电化教育的三大系统：广播电视教育系统、学校电化教育系统、卫星电视教育系统 The State Education Commission DeputyDirector Zou Shiyan Director of the National Audio-visual and relatedtraining seminar for the first time mentioned China's three majoraudio-visual education system: radio and television education system,school audio-visual education system, satellite TV education system.
1989年	国家教委电化教育局改为电化教育司 The State Education Commission to audio-visual education changed to Secretary of audio-visual education.
1990年	北方地区开设电化教育专业的14所高等院校在内蒙古师范大学召开学科建设研讨会，并建立了“北方地区部分高等学校电化教育学科协作组”。这次会议上，在电教司的支持下，北京师范大学正式提出了“教育技术学专业”的名称及课程体系，引发了热烈的讨论，为教育技术学专业的发展奠定了基础 North seted up the audio-visual educationprofessional institutions of higher learning in 14 subject constructionin Nei Mongo Normal University held seminars, and established "northernregion of colleges and universities subject collaborative audio-visualeducation group."
1991年	中央电化教育馆组织开展“电化教育促进中小学教学优化实验研究”活动。该项目于11月30日列为全国教育科学“八五”规划国家教委重点课题 Central audio-visual education Museumorganized "audio-visual education for primary and secondary schoolsteaching optimization experimental study." The project was as keytopics of National Education Science "Eighth Five" Planning SEC onNovember 30.
1991年	国家教委成立“中小学计算机教育领导小组” The State Education Commission seted up "leading group for computer education in primary and secondary schools."
1991年	河北大学受“北方地区部分高等学校电化教育学科协作组”的委托，主持召开了“教学设计研讨会”，首次对教学设计的理论体系进行了大规模地、深入地分析和研讨，促进了教学设计理论在我国的传播 With the entrustion "northern part ofcolleges and universities in collaboration audio-visual educationsubjects" Hebei University presided over "teaching design seminar,"deeply analysised and discussed the theory of instructional design on alarge scale, promoted the spread of the instructional design theory inChina.
1991年	中国电化教育协会成立 China Audio-Visual Education Association was founded.
1993年	中央电化教育馆和上海教育科学研究所联合在上海召开全国计算机辅助教学研讨会 The audio-visual education Museum and theShanghai Educational Science Institute jointly held a national seminaron computer-aided teaching in Shanghai
1993年	国家教委颁布普通高等学校本科专业目录，电化教育专业改为教育技术学专业 The State Education Commission promulgatedUndergraduate Catalog colleges and universities, professionalaudio-visual education professionals to Educational Technology.
1993年	国务院学位委员会批准在西北师范大学设立教育技术学硕士学位点 Degree Committee in the State Councilapproved the establishment of the Northwest Normal University, abachelor’s degree in educational technology.
1993年	国务院学位委员会批准在北京师范大学设立教育技术学博士学位点 Degree Committee in the State Councilapproved the establishment of the Beijing Normal University, a master'sdegree in educational technology.
1994年	经国家教委批准，“全国高等师范院校电化教育（教育技术）教材编审委员会”更名为《全国高等师范院校教育技术学教学指导委员会》 Approved by the State EducationCommission, "National Higher Teachers College audio-visual education(educational technology) needed teaching materials Committee" wasrenamed "National Higher Education Teachers College Teaching TechnologySteering Committee"
1995年	《电化教育研究》杂志发表高利明《教育技术学的AECT1994定义及启示》署名文章，开启了有关教育技术的大讨论 "Audio-visual education research," themagazine's Gao Liming, "the AECT1994 educational technology and thedefinition of Enlightenment," a signed article on educationaltechnology to open a big discussion.
1995年	中国电化教育协会成立学术委员会 The Chinese Association of Academic Committee of audio-visual education was established.
1995年	中国电化教育协会召开第二次会员代表大会暨1995年会。会上以“世纪之交中国电化教育面临的新形势与新任务”为题进行的研讨，对AECT1994定义起到了肯定与宣传的作用 China's audio-visual education Associationheld the second meeting of the General Assembly and 1995 will. Themeeting "at the turn of the century Chinese audio-visual education withthe new situation facing the new task," and that the discussions on thedefinition of AECT1994 certainly played a role with the publicity.
1995年	第一届《全国高等师范院校教育技术学教学指导委员会》成立，主任委员由顾明远担任 The first "National Higher EducationTechnical Teachers College Teaching steering committee" was set up, andGu Ming-Yuan  took the chairman.
1996年	国家教委将《全国高等师范院校教育技术学教学指导委员会》更名为《高等学校教育技术学教学指导委员会》 The State Education Commission will be"National Higher Education Teachers College Teaching TechnologySteering Committee" was renamed "Teaching Higher Education TechnicalSteering Committee"
1997年	中国电化教育协会申报的“发展教育技术，促进教育现代化”项目被正式批准为全国教育科学“九五”规划国家教委重点课题（教科规办[1997]10号文） China Audio-Visual Education Associationdeclared "the development of education technology, the promotion ofeducation modernization" project was formally approved by the NationalEducation Science "port" State Education Commission, a key topic(Regulation Office textbooks on the 10th [1997] text)
1997年	第一届GCCCE在广州华南师范大学召开 The first GCCCE is held in Guangzhou, South China Normal University
1998年	教育部正式批准清华大学、北京邮电大学、浙江大学、湖南大学和中央广播电视大学为国家现代远程教育第一批试点院校。北京大学不久也加入试点 The Ministry of Education formallyapproved these universities ( Tsinghua University, Beijing Universityof Posts and Telecommunications, Zhejiang University, Hunan Universityand the Central Radio and TV University) for the first batch of pilotinstitutions of the national modern distance education, PekingUniversity  joined it  later.
1998年	第二届GCCCE在香港中文大学召开 The second session of GCCCE held in the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
1998年	国务院学位委员会批准在华南师范大学、华东师范大学设立教育技术学专业博士学位点 Academic Degrees Committee of the StateCouncil approved the South China Normal University, East China NormalUniversity to set up professional doctorate Station of EducationalTechnology.
1999年	第三届GCCCE在澳门大学进行 The third session of GCCCE held in the University of Macao
1999年	教育部制定的《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》，提出实施“现代远程教育工程”，形成开放教育网络，构建终身学习体系 《the plan for the revitalization of the21st century of Education》which was drew  up by the Ministry ofEducation, carried out the "Modern Distance Education Project"  to forman open education network and build a life-long learning system
1999年	中共中央、国务院发布《关于深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育的决定》，明确了教育技术和教育信息化的地位 The CPC Central Committee, the StateCouncil issued "the decision on deepening reform, push forwardall-round quality education", defined the status for the education ofinformation and technology.
2000年	“英特尔未来教育”项目在上海启动 "Intel Teach to the Future" project started in Shanghai
2000年	教育部批准中国人民大学等15所高校为第二批现代远程教育试点院校。随后又批准北京师范大学等11所高校开展现代远程教育试点 The Ministry of Education approval of 15colleges and universities (include the Chinese People's University)forthe second batch of pilot institutions of the national modern distanceeducation. Followed by the approval of 11 colleges and universities(Beijing Normal University)to join the projects.
2000年	教育部在北京召开“全国中小学信息技术教育工作会议”，决定从2001年起用5-10年的时间，在全国中小学普及信息技术教育，全面实施“校校通”工程，以信息化带动教育的现代化，努力实现基础教育的跨越式发展 "Conference of information technology inprimary and secondary schools" was held by the Ministry of Education inBeijing, decided to popularize the information technology in primaryand secondary education form 2001 ，carry out the  "school -School"project, stimulate the modernization of education by using informationtechnology ,and strive to achieve the great-leap-forward development ofthe basic education development in 5-10 yeas!
2000年	教育部成立现代远程教育技术标准化委员会 The Ministry of Education to set up standardization committee for the modern distance education technology
2001年	教育部教技司成立隶属于国家信息技术标准化技术委员会之下的现代远程教育标准化委员会 Ministry of Education set up the ModernDistance Education Standardization Committee which was subordinate tothe National Information Technology Standardization Technical Committee
2001年	第五届GCCCE在台湾中央大学召开 The fifth session of GCCCE held in the Central Taiwan University
2001年	中国电化教育协会重组为“教育部高等学校教育技术学专业教学指导委员会” China Audio-Visual Educational Associationrestructured into“ Steering Committee for Professional Teaching ofEducational Technology in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry ofEducation”
2002年	中国电化教育协会申报的《信息化进程中的教育技术发展研究》被批准为全国教育科学“十五”规划国家重点课题（课题批准号：AYA010034） The "Research of educational technology inthe process of development" declared by the China Audio-VisualEducational Association which was approved as the key national issuesof the "Tenth Five-Year Plan"  of the National Science Education  (thesubject, approved: AYA010034)
2002年	中央电化教育馆组织申报的《基于 现代信息技术环境下 学与教的 理论与实践研究》被批准为全国教育科学“十五”规划教育部重点课题（课题批准号：DYB010825） The " Research of learning and teachingtheory and practice based on modern information technology environment" declared by Central Audio-Visual Educational Organization  which wasapproved as the key issues of the Ministry of Education of the "TenthFive-Year Plan"  of the National Science Education(subject, approved:DYB010825)
2002年	中国电化教育协会正式更名为中国教育技术协会（China Association for Educational Technology，简称CAET） China Audio-Visual educational Association formally changed its name to China Educational Technology Association
2002年	第六届GCCCE在北京师范大学召开 The 6th session of GCCCE held in Beijing Normal University
2002年	教育部现代远程教育技术标准化委员会改名为教育信息化技术标准委员会，同时成为全国信息技术标准化委员会教育技术分委员会 Standardization committee of the moderndistance education was renamed as the Information Technology EducationStandards Committee and become the sub-committee of the NationalInformation Technology Standardization Technical Committee
2003年	国务院学位委员会批准在西北师范大学设立教育技术学专业博士学位点 Academic Degrees Committee of the StateCouncil approved Northwest Normal University to set up professionaldoctorate Station of Educational Technology
2003年	国务院召开全国农村教育工作会议，下发了《国务院关于进一步加强农村教育工作的决定》。 The State Council held a national workconference on rural education, issued “a decision of StrengtheningRural Education on Further by The State Council "
2003年	中国教育技术协会公布《中国教育技术标准》 China Education Technology Association published the 《China Education Technology Standards》
2004年	国务院批转教育部《2003-2007年教育振兴行动计划》，把教育信息化建设列为六大工程之一 The State Council approved the 《2003-2007Plan for the revitalization of education》 which was drew up by TheMinistry of Education ，made the education information technology as one of the six major projects
2004年	第八届GCCCE在香港中文大学召开 The 8th session of GCCCE held in Chinese University of Hong Kong
2004年	教育部颁布《中小学教师教育技术能力标准（试行）》 The Ministry of Education promulgated the"primary and secondary school teachers in educational technologycompetency standards (for trial implementation)"
2005年	第一届教育技术博士论坛在华东师范大学召开 The first session of the Educational Technology Dr. held in East China Normal University
2006年	第二届教育技术博士论坛在华南师范大学召开 The second session of the Educational Technology Dr. in the South China Normal University
2006年	第十届GCCCE在清华大学召开 The 10th session of GCCCE held in Tsinghua University
2007年	第十一届GCCCE在华南师范大学召开 The 11th session of GCCCE held in South China Normal University
2007年	第三届教育技术博士论坛在北京师范大学召开 The third session of the Educational Technology Dr. in Beijing Normal University
2008年	第四届教育技术博士论坛在西安师范大学召开 The 4th session of the Educational Technology Dr. in Xian Normal University
2008年	“十一五”全国教育技术研究 规划重点课题 交流研讨会在郑州召开 The seminar of "11th Five-Year Plan" ofthe National Education Technology Research which focused on theplanning key issues  held in Zhengzhou
2008年	中国教育技术协会2008年年会暨信息技术促进教学应用论坛在广西举行 China Education Technology Association2008 Annual Meeting and to promote the application of informationtechnology forum held in Guangxi
