1、利用APP养成一个背诵单词的习惯。
2、听一些音频节目。
3、阅读文章自己做得不够。
4、写作：自己做得远远不够，基本没有尝试过写作。
5、翻译：做过一些简单的软件界面翻译，其它没有尝试。
6、实践交流：目前没有勇气尝试。
7、做了一个公众号，用来积累自己的一些学习资料
8、做了一个短视频帐号，但没有持续更新 下面是自己对一些资源的利用与加工整理，体会对信息技术及工具应用一些方法和需要的技能。

这个视频太长，2个多小时的时长，不仅不方便记录自己的进度，也不方便查找自己需要的内容（文本在这方面比音频和视频更容易处理）
一些短视频又太短，掐头去尾学习时间太短，知识之间的联系也不够，如果能够对原来的材料进行一些整理和归纳，这些材料可以更好地帮助自己学习。
比如在听会一句后，可以其中一句删除。
将音频下载，加工处理后，放到自己的手机、U盘，随时听，随时加工处理。 文本资料整理：
